New Buffalo, MI Trip

Brian and I took a vacation close to home! New Buffalo, Michigan. It was a one tank trip, but we felt like we were really far away. There was a beautiful harbor, a beach, shops, a casino, etc. I would definitely go back there. I think it was our first trip with just the two of us since our honeymoon…hahah and we don’t even have kids. It was very relaxing and the condo/hotel we stayed at was super modern and really friendly staff. I give our trip 2 thumbs up!

I gave in...

Its true. I gave in and joined facebook. I really decided to join so we could see people that live out of state, etc but I know I will become friends with all these people I went to highschool with, etc. Now I am in the "in crowd"

Old Friends, Good Times

I had lunch this past weekend with Lisa and Laura my friends and teammates from Ball State. It had been a really long time since we had seen each other. It was really nice to catch up, hear about each other lives and reminise about the good ol' days. We really shouldnt wait that long again.

Cornhole

A couple summers ago we built some cornhole boards. (with the help of elizabeth and doug) We planned to paint them then....well about 2 summers later I am finally getting around to it. They arent 100% complete yet, I am adding a checkerboard pattern around all the edges. Once they are complete I will be excited.

Now we just need to make Doug and Elizabeth's set!

These are already a week old so I am sure he already looks different. What a sweet baby boy. The proud parents say he is doing really well!

Cole is Here!

Thats right, Kelly and Joel welcomed Cole into this world yesterday evening. I dont really have photos yet but we so excited he is here. Kelly had a long day at the hospital but at 7:18 pm the beauitful healthy boy was born 7lbs 6 oz and 21 inches long. Cant wait to meet him.

Happy Anniversary

Happy 1 year Anniversary to Elizabeth and Doug. Time Really Flies. May 31st! A year ago we were having a ball in Evansville! Memories!

Take me Out to the BallGame

What a fun Saturday Night. We always do the same things on the weekends. Not that I am complaining my usual weekends are great but sometimes it is fun to do something different. 8 of us went downtown to an Indians Game. We ate at Bourbon Street Distillery which was yummy and then headed to the baseball game. It was great weather until the end but other than that it was a perfect saturday night.
